Registration & Fees: All presenters must complete registration and payment by the stated deadline to secure their slot. Late or unpaid entries will not be scheduled.
Session Schedule: A full timetable detailing rooms, codes, and times—will appear on the official website and in printed programs at check-in. All times follow Western Indonesia Time (WIB; UTC+7).
Presentation Codes: Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a unique code (e.g., OA15001 for oral, PO36001 for poster). Use this code in your file names and any correspondence.
All food and beverages available during coffee breaks may only be consumed outside the main hall.
Oral Presentations
The session schedule will be published on the official website. A detailed program will be announced later and distributed as an e-book, which will be accessible by all registered attendees.
Prepare slides in 16:9 or 4:3 format, saved as .pptx (with embedded fonts) or PDF/A. This ensures compatibility and consistent display on the symposium’s equipment.
Each consists of 7 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for audience questions and discussion.
File Submission: the file name should be the presentation code starting from OO, OA, PO, or PA. The presentation code and the presentation starting time will be announced soon at the official website. No revisions will be accepted after the deadline; please also bring a USB backup.
Presenters are required to upload their final presentation file (.pptx or .pdf) by 3rd October. Only one file is permitted per presentation, and it will be automatically transmitted to the presentation computer in the assigned session room.
The upload link will be provided after the abstract submission fee has been confirmed.
Arrive at your assigned room 15 minutes before your presentation. The Organizing Committee provides projector and PC; note there are no transition breaks between sessions, although coffee breaks will be available nearby.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be prepared and printed in final dimensions 600 mm (width)× 1600 mm (height).
Each poster must be brought to the venue with its own standing banner frame. Printing services will be available at the venue. Interested participants are advised to contact the committee in advance for details, pricing, and submission deadlines.
Display Schedule: Posters should be installed on 7th October 2025 and must remain on display throughout the symposium. Presenters are responsible for removing their posters after the session ends.
All poster presenters are required to be present at their posters during their designated poster session for questions and discussion. Assigned time slots will be included in the final symposium schedule.
Please remove your poster by 15:00 WIB or 03.00 PM on 8th October 2025. The committee will dispose of any posters left after this time.
Certificates & Awards
Presenters will receive their certificates immediately after presenting, once verified by the Steering Committee. Certificates must be collected in person at the venue and will not be available later or elsewhere.
Symposium Awards: Early Career Researchers (within five years of their highest degree) are automatically eligible. Awardees will be announced at the closing ceremony and receive a trophy plus additional prizes.
