BNI Virtual Account Payment with BNI Mobile Banking
  1. Access BNI Mobile Banking from your mobile phone, then enter your user ID and password.
  2. Select the “Transfer” menu.
  3. Select the “Virtual Account Billing” menu, then select the debit account.
  4. Enter your Virtual Account number (e.g., 8277087781881441) in the “New Input” menu.
  5. The bill to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
  6. Confirm the transaction and enter your Transaction Password.
  7. Your payment has been successful.

BNI Virtual Account Payments from Other Banks’ Mobile Banking
  1. Select the “Interbank transfer” or “Interbank online transfer” menu.
  2. Enter the BNI bank code (009) or select the destination bank, namely BNI.
  3. Enter the 16-digit virtual account number in the destination account field (e.g., 8277087781881441).
  4. Enter the transfer amount according to your bill or obligation. Different amounts cannot be processed.
  5. Enter the payment amount: 44000.
  6. Confirm your details will appear on the screen. Check them, and if they are correct, continue the transaction until complete.
  7. Transaction Successful.

BNI Virtual Account Payments from OVO, DANA, FLIP Payment Applications
  1. Open the app
  2. Select the Transfer menu
  3. Select “Bank Account”
  4. Enter the BNI bank code (009) or select the destination bank, BNI.
  5. Enter the 16-digit virtual account number in the destination account field (e.g., 8277087781881441).
  6. Enter the transfer amount according to your bill or obligation.
  7. Select “Transfer”
  8. Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen. Check them, and if they are correct, select “Confirm” to continue the transaction until complete.
  9. Transaction Successful.

BNI Virtual Account Payment with BNI ATM
  1. Insert your card.
  2. Select a language.
  3. Enter your ATM PIN.
  4. Select “Other Menu”.
  5. Select “Transfer”.
  6. Select the account type you will use (e.g., “From Savings Account”).
  7. Select “Virtual Account Billing”.
  8. Enter your virtual account number (e.g., 8277087781881441).
  9. The bill to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
  10. Confirm the information. If everything is correct, continue the transaction.
  11. Your transaction is complete.

BNI Virtual Account Payment with ATM Bersama
  1. Insert your card into the ATM Bersama machine.
  2. Select “Other Transactions”.
  3. Select the “Transfer” menu.
  4. Select “Transfer to Another Bank”.
  5. Enter the BNI bank code (009) and the 16-digit virtual account number (e.g., 8277087781881441).
  6. Enter the transfer amount according to your bill or obligation. Different amounts cannot be processed.
  7. Confirm your details will appear on the screen; review them and press ‘Yes’ to continue.
  8. Transaction Successful.

BNI Virtual Account Payment with BNI SMS Banking
  1. Open the BNI SMS Banking application.
  2. Select the Transfer menu.
  3. Select the BNI Account Transfer menu.
  4. Enter the destination account number using the 16-digit Virtual Account Number (e.g., 8277087781881441).
  5. Enter the transfer amount according to your bill or obligation. Different amounts cannot be processed.
  6. Select “Process” then “Agree.”
  7. Reply to the SMS by entering the PIN as instructed.
  8. Transaction Successful.
  9. Or You can also directly type an SMS with the format: TRF[SPACE]VANumber[SPACE]NOMINAL and send it to 3346. Example: TRF 8277087781881441 4400

BNI Virtual Account Payment with BNI Personal iBank
  1. Type the address https://ibank.bni.co.id then click “Enter”.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Select the “Transfer” menu.
  4. Select “Virtual Account Billing”.
  5. Then, enter your Virtual Account number (e.g., 8277087781881441) to be paid. Then, select the debit account you wish to use. Then, press “Continue”.
  6. The bill to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
  7. Enter the Token Authentication Code.
  8. Your payment has been successful.

BNI Virtual Account Payment from BNI Branch or Outlet (Teller)
  1. Visit the nearest BNI branch office/outlet.
  2. Inform the teller that you wish to make a “Virtual Account Billing” payment.
  3. Provide your virtual account number to the teller.
  4. The teller will confirm this with you.
  5. The teller will process the transaction.
  6. If the transaction is successful, you will receive proof of payment from the teller.

BNI Virtual Account Payment from Agen46
  1. Visit the nearest Agen46 (a shop/store/kiosk with the Agen46 sign)
  2. Inform Agen46 that you wish to make a “Virtual” payment.
  3. Provide your Virtual Account number to Agen46.
  4. Agen46 will confirm this with you.
  5. Agen46 will process the transaction.
  6. If the transaction is successful, you will receive proof of payment from Agen46.
