Register an account atIFS 2025. Upon successful registration, your account will be automatically activated and redirected to the submission page.
On the submission page, you will be directed to the preparation page before submission. Select the submission category and then click the Apply button to start submission.
Fill and Upload the required documents in the form. Once everything is submitted, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
The IFS 2025 committee will review and screen your documents and account. While it is in process, you can see the status of your documents on the My Uploads page.
Your My Uploads page is located on the user icon in the upper right corner of this page. If you tap it, a hover will appear.
If your submission is accepted, you will receive a notification via email. Please ensure your email address is correct and active.
Selected participants will receive a payment page link. On this page, you must: Fill out the participant category form, Complete the payment and Upload proof of payment to confirm your participation.
Once your payment is verified by the committee, you will receive a link to upload your final documents, which include: The article for publication A presentation file (optional).
After completing all the steps, you are expected to attend the event at the designated location and time.
